Monthly Organizing Meetings

The Youngstown May Day Festival planning committee meets at 6:30pm the third Monday of the month at the Calvin Center.  Half of our meetings are open to the public (as they abide by our meeting principles) to propose ideas, get to know the planners, and possibly join the planning committee. The other half of the meetings are closed planning meetings.

Art Builds

We'll get  together to share a meal and build art for our festival. It's a fun, all ages activity that anyone can be part of. Join our mailing list to get info about upcoming art builds!

Community Garage Sale and Upcycling Event to benefit the sixth Youngstown May Day Festival 2026, March 21 at the Calvin Center for the Arts.

 

Gather your friends, family, or organization and reserve a 6x6 indoor space in a heated and well lit gym to sell your cache of gently used treasures. Limited spots are available for local, DIY, and handmade vendors. Just a $10 minimum donation reserves your space, supporting this grassroots fundraiser for our Youngstown May Day Festival. Sellers keep 100% of their profits!
